These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging services provided by Define Staffing Services, Inc. (“Define Staffing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS text messages from Define Staffing related to your employment, assignments, or company updates.
Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of employment or service.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
Define Staffing uses text messaging to share important updates such as:

Define Staffing is not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of receiving messages.

By providing your phone number to Define Staffing (through our website, job application, consent form, or other communication), you authorize us to send recurring job-related text messages using automated or manual systems.
Each opt-in is recorded and securely stored in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA industry guidelines.

Example 2: Define Staffing Services, Inc.: Reminder – please confirm your availability for next week’s schedule. Reply STOP to opt out.
